Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rate calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rate calculated at checkout
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25 (before tax and after discounts).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kalina Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at cs@kalinaemporium.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@kalinaemporium.com with the following:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective product
A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. Please email us as soon as possible at cs@kalinaemporium.com with your order number. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
